New Orders...Moving to Germany!!

So, we just received word that we will be moving to Germany!! We are SO sad to be leaving Hawaii, especially after only one short year, but if we have to leave, we are SO excited to be going to Germany! We will be moving to a VERY small town of about 4,000 people (but really close to some very large cities!) that sits about 2 hours outside of Frankfurt. The weather will be a BIG adjustment for us, between living in Hawaii and Arizona for the past 5 years, we are the biggest pansies! We've already started planning our weekend roadtrips there! So...if you've been to Germany/Europe and have advice of what to take, where to visit, or any other advice, we would LOVE to hear it!!

Hey all (you know, the 2 of you that randomly happened upon this blog!),

I've been contemplating getting back into blogging for a while now, but wanted to do it in a new blog to more or less document our life while in the Army, hence the name of the blog. So, I apologize in advance as this blog will be more a documentation of sorts. Some of it I hope to share to help others who will go through the process that we have been through and will go through. Other things I just want to document because Army life so far has definitely proven to be anything but boring (unlike this post:)
