New Orders...Moving to Germany!!

So, we just received word that we will be moving to Germany!! We are SO sad to be leaving Hawaii, especially after only one short year, but if we have to leave, we are SO excited to be going to Germany! We will be moving to a VERY small town of about 4,000 people (but really close to some very large cities!) that sits about 2 hours outside of Frankfurt. The weather will be a BIG adjustment for us, between living in Hawaii and Arizona for the past 5 years, we are the biggest pansies! We've already started planning our weekend roadtrips there! So...if you've been to Germany/Europe and have advice of what to take, where to visit, or any other advice, we would LOVE to hear it!!

  7. That's awesome Kate! My mom lived in Switzerland for 5 years (while we were on our mission that's where she was living) and I went to visit her three different times there for a couple weeks at a time. I went to the Friedberg temple and the Bern temple while I was there. She knows the area well and traveled constantly around Europe while she lived there so if you ever need any advice about getting around, the logistics of living in a foreign country, what to see or what festivals you should go to I could consult her for you.
